A little background on what the incident was… A Hisar native complained about a bus driver smoking, saying that it made him feel uncomfortable and it’s an offense to smoke in public. However, the consumer court dismissed this complaint as smoking is a personal choice. We personally think this is such a progressive step not just for the country but for all of us as human beings.
